Reviewing an RFQ

Every incoming RFQ arrives with its drawing, quantity, target dates, and any process lanes already broken out. Buyer part names are never shown to you ahead of an accepted bid — only the sanitized reference the buyer has published.

Building a bid

A bid covers price, lead time, and any notes on process or material substitutions. Bids can be built manually or with AI-assisted cost scoring against your published machine rates.

Submission and award

Once submitted, a bid sits in the buyer’s pipeline alongside any competing bids until it’s awarded. An awarded bid converts directly into a job on your shop floor board.
