# Vro AI Assistant Overview

> A single AI chat surface that understands your workspace — orders, drawings, suppliers, and the shop floor.

## What Vro is

Vro is Vrocure's built-in AI assistant, available from any workspace. It's not a generic chatbot bolted onto the side of the product — it can actually read and act on your workspace: analyze a drawing, look up an order, find a supplier, or check the status of a machine, depending on who's asking.

## Different tools for different roles

What Vro can do depends on whether you're a buyer or a manufacturer — a buyer's Vro helps with sourcing and spend, a manufacturer's Vro helps with bidding and the shop floor. Both share the same chat interface and the same drawing-analysis engine underneath.
