Each lane is marked complete as work finishes, and the buyer sees the same status on their side of the pipeline without needing an update email. ## Logging progress Milestones can be logged manually from the job board, or automatically from connected shop-floor telemetry where machines report cycle counts and status directly. ## Handoffs Where a job crosses shops — one supplier machining, another finishing — an incoming shipment is flagged on the receiving side so nothing is marked "in progress" without a corresponding delivery.
