> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.vrocure.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Buyer Compliance Hub > Exceptions, certification expiry, and PPAP period packs for every supplier you work with — the buyer side of Compliance & Quality. ## What the Compliance Hub covers The Compliance Hub is where procurement and quality overlap: an exceptions queue for non-conformances (NCRs), certificate-expiry tracking across your supplier base, and PPAP submission readiness — all scoped to your workspace, without leaving Vrocure. ## Exceptions queue Non-conformances raised against any order surface in one queue, so a quality issue on a job never gets buried in a message thread. ## Certification tracking Supplier certificates are tracked against expiry, with exceptions surfacing automatically as they approach or pass renewal — no manual spreadsheet chasing. ## PPAP readiness For jobs that require it, a full PPAP submission pack — built against the standard AIAG 18-element checklist — is assembled per order and tracked through pending, submitted, approved, or rejected status, gated on drawing sanitisation where required. ## Audit export A period pack — metadata, manifest, and supporting records — can be exported for an external audit without pulling raw drawings or other heavy files out of the system.
