> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.vrocure.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Dr. Review: CAD & Drawing Analysis > Automated manufacturability review for CAD models and 2D drawings before you send an RFQ. ## What Dr. Review does Dr. Review analyzes an uploaded drawing or CAD model — STEP, STL, PDF, or image — and surfaces manufacturability concerns before a part ever reaches a supplier: tight tolerances, thin walls, unreachable pockets, sharp internal corners, and material/finish call-outs. Findings are pinned directly onto the drawing or 3D model, so both buyer and manufacturer are looking at the same annotated reference. ## Typical flow 1. Upload a drawing (paired STEP + PDF is supported for the richest analysis). 2. Review the summary verdict and the individual findings, each anchored to the exact feature on the part. 3. Comment directly on a finding, or on any point on the model, to loop in a colleague or supplier. 4. Continue straight into an RFQ from the reviewed drawing — findings travel with it. ## Where this fits Dr. Review is a pre-RFQ gate, not a replacement for supplier-side DFM. It catches obvious issues early so the RFQ you send out is cleaner and the quotes you get back are more accurate. Turn a reviewed drawing into a request for quote in one step.
